Ingredients

  • 150 gr dark chocolate
  • 50 gr butter
  • 40 ml cooking oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 100 gr triangular flour
  • 35 gr cocoa powder

Toppings

  • Biscoff biscuits to taste
  • Biscoff spread to taste

How to make

  • 1. Melt the dark chocolate, butter, vegetable oil in a team way
  • 2. Beat the eggs and sugar using a whisk until the sugar is dissolved
  • 3. Enter the melted chocolate, mix well
  • 4. Enter the flour and cocoa powder, mix again until smooth, the dough is very thick and heavy
  • 5. Pour the dough into a 24x10cm uk mold which is lined with baking paper
  • 6. Add toppings according to taste
  • 7. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 35-40 minutes or until cooked (adjust according to your oven)
