Material B

65 gr Butter (me: unsalted butter)
6 g salt

Ingredient C (For Spread)

20 gr salted butter
15 g of powdered sugar
Mix and mix well

How to make

1. Ingredients A, mix dry ingredients, mixer on medium speed, then add liquid ingredients, mix until smooth.
2. Enter material B, mixer until elastic, test window pane. Round the dough and rest for 1 hour or until double size.

4. After shaping, arrange in a greased muffin tin.
5. Bake at 170C on top and bottom for 18 minutes/until cooked (adjust your oven)
6. Remove from oven, while still hot, brush with butter/margarine.
