Cake Ingredients

  • 120 gr wheat flour
  • 20gr cornstarch
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 140 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 170 gr melted margarine

Method

  • •Whisk all ingredients with the all in one system, except the melted margarine.. after it has risen, add the melted butter, mix well and pour it onto a baking sheet that has been greased with parchment paper..
  • Bake at a temperature of 160°C on top and bottom for about 25 minutes
  • Remove and then back, cool..
  • Cook all ingredients until boiling.
  • Cut the cake according to the size of the pan that I will be using, pour the pudding into the pan, then stack it with the cake..
  • Flush again with pudding, then stack it again with cake, finally flush with pudding again..
  • Cool, cut into slices, serve

Pudding Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Kopyor coconut flavored nutrijel
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1000 ml liquid milk
  • 150 gr white chocolate
  • 150 gr sugar
  • Pandan coloring 1 drop

Note

  • I took the red polka dot accent on it from a little pudding mix, then I added red dye...make it round in the bottom of the pan, then pour the pudding..
