Kopyor Pudding Cake
Cake Ingredients
- 120 gr wheat flour
- 20gr cornstarch
- 6 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 140 gr sugar
- 1 tsp SP
- 170 gr melted margarine
Method
- •Whisk all ingredients with the all in one system, except the melted margarine.. after it has risen, add the melted butter, mix well and pour it onto a baking sheet that has been greased with parchment paper..
- Bake at a temperature of 160°C on top and bottom for about 25 minutes
- Remove and then back, cool..
- Cook all ingredients until boiling.
- Cut the cake according to the size of the pan that I will be using, pour the pudding into the pan, then stack it with the cake..
- Flush again with pudding, then stack it again with cake, finally flush with pudding again..
- Cool, cut into slices, serve

Pudding Ingredients
- 2 packs of Kopyor coconut flavored nutrijel
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1000 ml liquid milk
- 150 gr white chocolate
- 150 gr sugar
- Pandan coloring 1 drop
Note
- I took the red polka dot accent on it from a little pudding mix, then I added red dye...make it round in the bottom of the pan, then pour the pudding..
