Cheese Cake Dessert Box
Sponge Cake Ingredients
- 3 whole eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 90 gr flour
- 1 tbsp SP (me: 1/2 tbsp only)
- 1.5 tbsp milk powder
- 30 ml liquid milk
- 1 tsp vanilla powder / vanilla extract
- 80 g butter, melted
How to make
- 1. Mix with the all in one method, mix all ingredients into a bowl except melted butter, I use Stand Mixer MX 100 @mito.id on high speed until it expands and is thick with traces.
- 2. Turn off the mixer, pour the melted butter and fold it using a spatula.
- 3. Pour the mixture into a square tin that has been lined with baking paper.
- 4. Pound the pan several times, bake at 150°C for 30 minutes (duration adjusts the thickness of the dough)
- 5. Once cooked, let the cake cool before cutting.
- 1. Mixer creamcheese until soft, I use Magic Chopper CH 200 @mitochiba.id
- 2. Enter the cold whip cream, mixer on high speed until mixed.
- 3. Add powdered sugar and milk and mix again until smooth.
- 4. Store in the refrigerator first so it doesn't thaw later.
Cheesecake No Bake
- 200 gr cream cheese, room temperature
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 30 g of powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk powder
Final Step
- 1. Print the spongecake directly with the edge of the box that will be used.
- 2. Put the cake pieces into the box, spray the creamcheese mixture, the cake again and the creamcheese again.
- 3. Sprinkle wafers and cheese on top. Enjoy
