Ingredients

  • 7 slices of white bread, torn
  • 500ml liquid milk
  • Blenders:
  • 250ml coconut milk (65ml coconut milk instant water)
  • 125gr granulated sugar
  • 110gr wheat flour
  • 50gr melted butter/ margarine
  • 35gr sweet thick
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla/vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to make

  • 1. Heat the steamer.
  • 2. Soak the bread in milk for a while so that it doesn't crumble while pressing.
  • 3. Put the blended ingredients into the bread, mix gently.
  • 4. Put it in whatever pan you have at home (a 20×20 baking sheet/an agar plate, etc.), line the pan with baking paper/plastic.
  • 5. Steam for 45 minutes on medium heat.
  • 6. Serve warm/cold equally delicious (I prefer it when it's freshly cooked it's softer).
