Bottom Layer Bahan

  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • Pandan paste
  • Stir everything, then steam for 10 minutes
  • Top Layer Material:
  • 4 eggs
  • 135 sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 2 tbsp skm
  • 400 ml thick coconut milk

How to Make Bridal Sari Cake

  • Stir everything until smooth without lumps..
  • Take 100 ml of dough that is colored pink and frambozen (or use raspberry which already has red color), add 3 drops of yellow to the remaining dough
  • • Steam the yellow one on top of the green dough for 10 minutes or until the top has started to peel, then add the pink dough, steam again for 20-25 minutes. If it is cooked, remove and cool, then cut into pieces ️
  • Nb: hit the pink dough when the yellow dough has started to crust over, don't make it firm, afraid it won't stick when it's cooked ️
