Bridal Sari Cake
Bottom Layer Bahan
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 200 ml coconut milk
- Pandan paste
- Stir everything, then steam for 10 minutes
- Top Layer Material:
- 4 eggs
- 135 sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 2 tbsp skm
- 400 ml thick coconut milk
How to Make Bridal Sari Cake
- Stir everything until smooth without lumps..
- Take 100 ml of dough that is colored pink and frambozen (or use raspberry which already has red color), add 3 drops of yellow to the remaining dough
- • Steam the yellow one on top of the green dough for 10 minutes or until the top has started to peel, then add the pink dough, steam again for 20-25 minutes. If it is cooked, remove and cool, then cut into pieces ️
- Nb: hit the pink dough when the yellow dough has started to crust over, don't make it firm, afraid it won't stick when it's cooked ️
