Choco Cheese Chewy Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 pcs Eggs big size
- 150 gr fine granulated sugar
- 100 gr low protein flour
- 20 gr milk powder
- 20 gr cocoa powder
- 10 gr cornstarch
- 120 gr Dark cooking chocolate
- 100 gr Butter
Toppings
- Chocochips & Grated Cheese
How to make
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180'C
- 2. Melt butter, add hot cooking chocolate, stir until melted. set aside
- 3. Beat eggs and sugar until white with a mixer on high speed for about 5 minutes. Turn off the mixer
- 4. Enter the flour, cornstarch, milk powder and cocoa powder that has been sifted. Stir back using a spatula.
- 5. Add butter and melted chocolate, mix again until smooth.
- 6. Pour into a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with whatever toppings you like
- 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes/until cooked (don't overbake, because the brownies will lose their moisture). Lift
- 8. Let it come to room temperature (to be firm), then cut into pieces.
- Serve.
