Ingredients

  • 150 gr blueband cake n cookies
  • 65 gr palm sugar
  • 65 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gr chopped roasted peanuts
  • 150 gr chocochips
  • 50 gr chochips for topping

Dry Ingredients (Sifter So 1)

  • 170 gr low protein flour
  • 10 gr cocoa powder
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 15 grams of powdered milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

How to make

  • 1. Mixer blueband, palm sugar, and powdered sugar until just blended. Add the eggs, mix briefly until just blended.
  • 2. Enter the dry mixture gradually. Once smooth, turn off the mixer.
  • 3. Add peanuts and chocochips. Stir with the help of a spatula or wooden spoon. Just until it's even.
  • 4. Prepare a baking sheet, line it with baking paper. With the help of 2 small spoons, take the dough to the end of a spoon. Slightly flattened. To make it more beautiful, decorate it with chocochips.
  • 5. Bake at 140°c for 20 minutes or until cooked (depending on your oven). Once the steam is gone, arrange in an airtight container.
