The method

Filling Material
- 400 gr orange sweet potato (steamed and crushed with a fork) (me: 200 gr Cilembu sweet potato, and 1 pack of Mi Urai Original @miebirddara)
- 2 tbsp UHT milk
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- pinch of salt
- (me: Mozzarella cheese for the filling)
How to make
- 1. Take the skin @66gr Lebarin and wrap the filling.
- 2. Do it until it runs out
- 3. Then coat it with purple sweet potato flour
- 4. Place on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper and pierce a little with chopsticks and form a line like a real sweet potato.
- 5. After that, preheat the oven to 180 c fire up and down for 10-15 minutes
- 6. Bake at the same temperature 180 c fire up and down for 15-20 minutes.
- 7. Once cooked lift and ready to eat
