Steamed Brownies Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp SP
  • 40 gr medium protein flour
  • 20 gr cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 40 gr DCC , melt
  • 60 g vegetable oil

How to make

  • – Beat eggs, sugar and SP until thick, add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder while sifting, stir again until smooth, add melted DCC and vegetable oil, stir again until smooth.
  • – Pour into a 22*22*4 tin that has been lined with parchment paper. Steam until cooked.

Pure Avocado (Blender Together)

  • 500 gr avocado, take the flesh
  • 2 sachets of sweet thick @cap_enaak
  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • Whipcream (beat until stiff):
  • 100 gr whip cream
  • 1 sachet of sweet thick @cap_enaak
  • 200 ml ice water

Chocolate Ganache (melt together)

  • 100 gr DCC
  • 50 ml liquid milk
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Solution

  • * Cut the brownies into 4 squares.
  • * prepare a jar of mica size 10 * 10 * 5 . Place the brownies at the bottom of the jar, then add the avocado puree on top. spray whipcream, finally pour the chocolate ganache slowly on top. Give topping according to taste.
