Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp SP
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 130 gr wheat flour
  • 120 ml coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Red, yellow and green coloring to taste.
  • black sesame

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, sugar, SP and salt until white and thick fluffy.
  • 2. Gradually add flour, alternating with coconut milk. Stir well.
  • 3. Divide the dough into 4 parts, 2 parts with more red and yellow coloring. 1 part leave white and 1 part give green coloring.
  • 4. Grease the mold with a little oil, give a little black sesame. Pour the red/yellow dough until 3/4 of the mold, just thin white dough then green dough.
  • 5. Steam on low heat for 20 minutes. Remove and ready to serve.
