Watermelon Sponge
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp SP
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- 130 gr wheat flour
- 120 ml coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Red, yellow and green coloring to taste.
- black sesame
How to make
- 1. Beat eggs, sugar, SP and salt until white and thick fluffy.
- 2. Gradually add flour, alternating with coconut milk. Stir well.
- 3. Divide the dough into 4 parts, 2 parts with more red and yellow coloring. 1 part leave white and 1 part give green coloring.
- 4. Grease the mold with a little oil, give a little black sesame. Pour the red/yellow dough until 3/4 of the mold, just thin white dough then green dough.
- 5. Steam on low heat for 20 minutes. Remove and ready to serve.
