Ingredients

  • – 3 eggs
  • – sugar 150gr
  • – sp / emulsifier half tsp
  • - 150gr protein flour
  • – half tsp baking powder
  • – 75ml full cream milk
  • – vegetable oil / cooking oil 75ml
  • – cocoa powder 20gr
  • – instant coffee (I use Psta Tiramizu)

How to make

  • - mixer eggs, sugar, sp until fluffy pale trail
  • - Enter the flour and baking powder while sifting, mixer on low speed until just blended
  • - add milk and oil, stir back / fold using a spatula until well blended
  • – divide into 2 doughs, one is bought with cocoa powder, one is given instant coffee. Stir / stir again until well blended
  • - pour the steamed chocolate mixture for 10 minutes, use medium heat, tend to be low
  • - pour the coffee mixture, steam 10 minutes
  • - pour the cheese mixture steamed 10-15 minutes
  • – Remove from the pan and decorate according to taste (I divided into 2 and then stacked, using chocolate glaze for adhesive and topping)

Cheese Layer Ingredients

  • – cheese spread / cream cheese / cheese spread 170gr
  • – 2 tbsp sugar
  • - 1 egg
  • – 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • – water 1 tbsp
  • – medium protein flour 1 tbsp

How to make a cake

  • - Mix the glazed cheese and sugar until soft
  • - add eggs, water, and lime, mix until smooth
  • - add flour mix well with a spatula

How to Make Chocolate Glaze (Double Boiler Until Chocolate Melts)

  • – dark cooking chocolate 50gr
  • - 50 ml liquid whipped cream (or can replace 25 ml milk)
  • Note: chocolate glaze can also be replaced with chocolate jam or butter cream or whipped cream that has been whipped
