Egg White Chocolate Steamed Sponge
Ingredients
- – 280 gr egg white
- – 140 grams of sugar
- - 110 gr wheat flour
- – 30 gr cocoa powder
- – 80 gr chocolate compound, melted
- – 100 ml of cooking oil
- – 1/2 tsp sp/tbm
How to make
- - heat the steamer over medium heat, prepare a baking sheet
- – mixer egg whites, sp and sugar until white thickens. Turn off the mixer
- - Enter the flour and cocoa powder while sifting, mix well with a spatula
- - add melted chocolate and cooking oil, mix well
- - Steam over medium low heat for 30 minutes.
