Ingredients

  • – 280 gr egg white
  • – 140 grams of sugar
  • - 110 gr wheat flour
  • – 30 gr cocoa powder
  • – 80 gr chocolate compound, melted
  • – 100 ml of cooking oil
  • – 1/2 tsp sp/tbm

How to make

  • - heat the steamer over medium heat, prepare a baking sheet
  • – mixer egg whites, sp and sugar until white thickens. Turn off the mixer
  • - Enter the flour and cocoa powder while sifting, mix well with a spatula
  • - add melted chocolate and cooking oil, mix well
  • - Steam over medium low heat for 30 minutes.
