Frozen Cheese Cupcake
Cake Ingredients
- 200 gr creme cheese
- 20 g of powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp powdered gelatin dissolved in 50 ml of warm water
- 100 gr white chocolate bars (wcc) steamed until melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon/lime juice
- 200 ml whipping cream, beat briefly then freeze for 1 hour (examples of the Anchor brand)
Topping Ingredients
- Grated Cheddar Cheese And Candied Cherries.
How to make
- 1. Mix biscuits and margarine, take one tablespoon flatten the bottom of the cup, freeze.
- 2. Beat the creme cheese, sugar, salt and Oreo cream until soft. Add lemon juice, beat until smooth.
- 3. Add melted chocolate and gelatin, mix well. Gradually add to the cream, mix well.
- 4. Pour into a cup, flatten and freeze. Top it with cheese and cherries
