40 gr granulated sugar (add more if you like it sweet)
40 gr butter, melted
95 gr low protein flour
5 grams of powdered milk
Vanilla Extract
Coloring according to taste
(I use strawberry and taro powder, and green dye)
How to make
1. Mix the eggs with sugar, stir with a whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add melted butter, vanilla extract, mix well.
3. Enter the flour and milk powder with a sieve, mix well, strain.
4. Divide the coloring into 4 parts, and put them in a piping bag. Trim the ends just a little.
5. Heat the frypan with low heat, spray the dough randomly, wait 1 minute, roll it up, set aside, do it until the dough runs out. It's better to store it, don't stack it before you put it in the oven, so that the bottom one stays round, not flat like mine .
6. Collect all egg rolls, preheat the oven, oven at 125°C until crispy.
