Kokoleh Contemporary
Ingredients
- 195 gr rice flour
- 30 gr Hungwe flour
- 25 gr sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 225 ml pandan juice
- 800 ml Medium coconut milk
Step
- Mix all the ingredients and cook until the dough is no longer sticky in the pan
- Then print it, with a mold that has been greased with oil
- Steam for 15 minutes
Sarikaya gravy
- 200 gr brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 200 ml Water
- 200 ml thick coconut milk
