Ingredients

  • 195 gr rice flour
  • 30 gr Hungwe flour
  • 25 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 225 ml pandan juice
  • 800 ml Medium coconut milk

Step

  • Mix all the ingredients and cook until the dough is no longer sticky in the pan
  • Then print it, with a mold that has been greased with oil
  • Steam for 15 minutes

Sarikaya gravy

  • 200 gr brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 200 ml Water
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
