Milo Coffee Brownies

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (if very small use 5)
  • 250 gr granulated sugar
  • 150 gr wheat flour
  • 50 gr milo powder
  • 1 small sachet (2gr) instant coffee
  • 200 gr butter/margarine (a mixture of both)
  • 200 gr DCC (Dark Chocolat)

How to make

  • – Team DCC and butter until melted, set aside.
  • – Beat the sugar and eggs until the sugar is dissolved
  • - enter the mixture of dcc and butter
  • While sifting, add flour, milo and coffee
  • – Bake at 180°c for 30 minutes
