Rice Flour Coffee Brownies
Ingredients
- 100gr rice flour @boladeli
- 75gr brown sugar
- 40gr granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100gr butter
- 200gr DCC
- 1/2 tablespoon instant coffee without pulp without sugar (brewed with 1/2 tablespoon hot water, mix well)
- Topping: almond slice
How to make
- 1. Melt DCC and butter in a team way, set aside
- 2. Mix eggs until foamy, add sugar, mix until sugar is dissolved (slightly fluffy but not creamy)
- 3. Preheat the oven at 170C
- 4. Enter @boladeli.id rice flour, mixer on low speed until smooth, add melted chocolate butter and coffee solution, mixer on low speed until smooth
- 5. Pour into a 20×20 tin that has been lined with baking paper, add toppings
- 6. Bake at 170C for 30-35 minutes/adjust according to your respective oven.
