Coffee Brownies
Ingredients
- 110 gr dark chocolate
- 100 gr unsalted butter
- 40 gr margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 8 gr Nescafe classic coffee (dissolve with 1 tablespoon water to make a paste)
- pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 190 gr sugar (if you like it sweet you can add more)
- 70 gr triangular flour
- 45 gr cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Topping: Dark chocolate to taste (finely chopped) or according to taste
How to make
- 1. Melt the dark chocolate, butter, margarine, and salt in a team way. Remove from the heat, add the vanilla paste and coffee paste, stir until well combined. Set aside.
- 2. Beat the eggs and sugar using a mixer on the lowest speed until the sugar is dissolved (about 7 minutes).
- 3. Enter the melted chocolate, mix well using a spatula.
- 4. Enter the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder by means of a filter, stir again until blended.
- 5. Pour the dough into the uk mold. 20x20cm which has been lined with premium non-stick baking paper from @sevenpapers
- 6. Top with chopped/shrunk dark chocolate topping.
- 7. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes or until cooked (adjust according to your oven)
