8 gr Nescafe classic coffee (dissolve with 1 tablespoon water to make a paste)
pinch of salt
3 eggs
190 gr sugar (if you like it sweet you can add more)
70 gr triangular flour
45 gr cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Topping: Dark chocolate to taste (finely chopped) or according to taste
How to make
1. Melt the dark chocolate, butter, margarine, and salt in a team way. Remove from the heat, add the vanilla paste and coffee paste, stir until well combined. Set aside.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar using a mixer on the lowest speed until the sugar is dissolved (about 7 minutes).
3. Enter the melted chocolate, mix well using a spatula.
4. Enter the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder by means of a filter, stir again until blended.
5. Pour the dough into the uk mold. 20x20cm which has been lined with premium non-stick baking paper from @sevenpapers
6. Top with chopped/shrunk dark chocolate topping.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes or until cooked (adjust according to your oven)
