Ingredients

  • Enough spring roll skin
  • Plantain cut into 2 lengths
  • Nutella to taste
  • 1 tbsp flour + water to glue the skin
  • the oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Take 1 sheet of spring roll skin, fill with banana and add 1 tsp of Nutella
  • 2. Rub the sides of the spring roll skin with water and then roll it up. set aside, do it until it runs out
  • 3. Heat the oil, add the piscok and fry
  • 4. Fry until brown and crispy then remove and serve.
