Pear Tart Vicenzovo
Tart Ingredients
- 10 pcs lady fingers @kartikawiraadihasil
- 2 tbsp melted margarine
- 10 pcs lady fingers @kartikawiraadisuccess cut into 2
- Buttercream
Material Vla
- 2 egg yolks
- 50gr sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 250gr liquid milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Topping Ingredients
- 1/2 pear, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lime juice
Method
- Tart: cut lady fingers, then puree, mix well with melted margarine, pour into the unloading pan / pie pan.
- Oven 150 degrees for 5 minutes only. Lift aside.
- Vla: mix all ingredients well, cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove and pour on the tart, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Topping: steamed 10 minutes pear slices that have been mixed with powdered sugar and lime juice, remove from heat.
- Remove the tart from the tin, arrange the pear topping, give the pieces of lady fingers that have been smeared with buttercream. Garnish with buttercream and mint leaves. Serve cold is more delicious.
