Fruit Pannacotta
Fruit Pannacotta Ingredients
- 400ml liquid milk
- 4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk @cap_enaak
- 4 tsp gelatin
- 200ml warm water
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water, stirring constantly. Set aside.
- In a pot, cook liquid milk and sweetened condensed milk @cap_enaak
- until small bubbles come out, take a little dough and mix it with the gelatin solution, then pour it back in and cook, stirring constantly, until it boils, turn off the stove. Let stand until lukewarm, then pour in a cup. Put in the refrigerator until set.
- Blend the strawberries coarsely, then add the sugar and cornstarch, mix well and cook over low heat until thickened, remove from heat.
- Cook the orange juice with sugar and cornstarch over low heat, stirring until thickened, remove from heat.
Pannacotta Topping Ingredients
- 100gr Strawberry
- 50gr sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 200 ml of orange juice
- 50gr sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Presentation
- Remove the pannacotta from the refrigerator, pour it with the strawberry and orange topping, add the strawberries and oranges.
