Buttercookies
Ingredients
- – 100 g butter
- – 60 g of powdered sugar
- – 1 egg yolk
- – 15 g cornstarch
- – 15 g milk powder
- – 150 g low protein flour
- Food coloring
Method
- 1. Mix & stir well the butter + powdered sugar with a low speed mixer, just for a minute.
- 2. Enter the egg yolks, mix again until blended.
- 3. Add flour. Mix well with a spatula. Divide the dough into several parts, add food coloring, mix well.
- 4. Keep in refrigerator for 30 min, for easy printing.
- 5. Roll out & mold dough. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine.
- 6. Oven with a temperature of 150 ° C fire above for 25-30 minutes or until cooked (adjust with oven msg2).
