Ingredients

  • – 100 g butter
  • – 60 g of powdered sugar
  • – 1 egg yolk
  • – 15 g cornstarch
  • – 15 g milk powder
  • – 150 g low protein flour
  • Food coloring

Method

  • 1. Mix & stir well the butter + powdered sugar with a low speed mixer, just for a minute.
  • 2. Enter the egg yolks, mix again until blended.
  • 3. Add flour. Mix well with a spatula. Divide the dough into several parts, add food coloring, mix well.
  • 4. Keep in refrigerator for 30 min, for easy printing.
  • 5. Roll out & mold dough. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine.
  • 6. Oven with a temperature of 150 ° C fire above for 25-30 minutes or until cooked (adjust with oven msg2).
