Dalgona Coffee Pudding
Pudding Ingredients
- – 250 ml of UHT milk
- – 1 tbsp agar2 powder
- - sugar to taste
How to Make Pudding
- - cook milk, gelatin and sugar until it boils
- - pour in a container and wait until it freezes
Dalgona Coffee Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coffee without pulp
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- Ice
- Liquid milk
How to make
- Whisk Coffee, Sugar, Water until the texture is creamy (I just beat it using a sieve)
- Set aside.
- Prepare a serving glass, pour ice cubes and liquid milk until almost full into the glass. Then pour the coffee that has thickened.
- Serve the pudding by pouring dalgona coffee on it
