Kladdaka (swedish Chocolate Cake)
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 g sugar (150 g coconut sugar)
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor
- 60 g all-purpose flour (50 g mocaf flour + 1 tbsp cornstarch)
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 115 g melted butter / margarine
- Topping: vanilla ice cream
How to make
- 1. Prepare a baking sheet with margarine, line it with baking paper. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- 2. Mix eggs and sugar on high speed until pale and thick.
- 3. Add vanilla flavor, salt, flour (sifter), cocoa powder (sifter), mix again on low speed until just blended.
- 4. Add melted butter, mixer on low speed until just blended or can be stirred using a spatula.
- 5. Pour the dough into the D 18 cm / 16 cm
- 6. Bake in preheat oven at 170⁰C for 25-30 minutes on top and bottom fire
- 7. Take it out of the oven, let it cool before removing it from the tin
