Material B

  • 2 eggs

  • 100gr flour

Step

  • • Team all ingredients A set aside, sieve all ingredients C, turn on the oven set at 180 ° fire up and down
  • • Stir the ingredients B using a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved, the eggs are foamy, add the ingredients A, mix well and finally add the ingredients B and mix again, the dough is very thick and heavy.
  • • Bake for 30 minutes, put on the middle rack, when cracks appear, lower the temperature to 150°
  • • Cool, cut into pieces and ready to serve.
