2. Melt the dark chocolate, oil and butter in a team way
3. Beat the eggs and powdered sugar using a whisk until the sugar is dissolved
4. Add melted chocolate, mix well.

250 gr cream cheese
90 gr sugar
2 eggs
200 gr whipping cream dairy
Vanilla Extract
20 gr low/medium protein flour
How to make
1. Mash / puree cream cheese and sugar with a spatula until evenly mixed (I use a mixer on low, briefly)
2. Add eggs gradually, mix well.
3. Enter the fresh cream & vanilla, mix well.
4. Enter the flour, fold until evenly distributed, pour over the cooked brownies, bake in au bain marie (water bath) at 170-180C for 35-45 minutes.
5. Remove, cool.
Note
When baking a water bath, store the Safeco in a baking dish, then place the pan on another baking sheet that has been filled with 1 cm of warm water.
