Material A

  • 125gr soursop without seeds
  • 100ml coconut milk (1 sachet of KARA coconut milk triangle @karasantan.id 65ml plus water up to 100ml)

Material B

  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp SP
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Material C

  • 130gr flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Material D

  • 110gr butter/margarine, melted

How to Make Soursop Sponge

  • 1. Blend soursop and KARA coconut milk until smooth, set aside
  • 2. Mix ingredients C together, sieve, set aside
  • 3. Mix ingredients B until thick white streaks (high speed about 10 minutes)
  • 4. Preheat the oven to 180C
  • 5. Enter the C ingredients little by little while in the mixer on the lowest speed
  • 6. Enter the mixture of coconut milk and soursop, little by little while in the mixer on the lowest speed
  • 7. Enter the melted butter little by little while in the mixer on the lowest speed
  • 8. Help stir back with a spatula and then pour into a 20cm uk pan that has been smeared with margarine, pound the pan so that the air bubbles come out
  • 9. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes, 170C for 10 minutes, 160C for 10 minutes, 150C for 15 minutes / adjust to each oven (do a toothpick test)
