Sponge Cake Ingredients

  • 5 eggs large uk

  • 10 gr SP (emulsifier)
  • 100 gr Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 80 gr low pro flour
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 10 gr cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp chocolate paste
  • Strawberry jam to taste

How to make

  • 1. Melt the butter, let it cool
