Sponge Village
Ingredients
- 5 pcs fresh eggs
- 125 gr sugar
- 110 gr triangular flour
- 25 gr milk powder
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- Pinch of Salt
Method
- 1. Mixer eggs, salt and sugar until fluffy thick trails,
- Enter the vanilla paste, mix briefly then add the flour and sifted milk, mixer again using speed 3 until well blended.
- 2. Lightly grease the pan with butter/margarine and pour the batter.
- 3. Bake at 170°c fire top and bottom until golden brown.
- 4. Remove and let cool, store in a tightly closed container so that it does not dry out.
- NOTED: for 1 recipe above, the dough can be queued to enter the oven.
