Ingredients

  • 250 grams ripe banana (mash with a fork)
  • 70 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams of grated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 ml coconut milk

How to make

  • 1. Prepare a flower frame tin, or another pan if you don't have one. Brush lightly with oil. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • 2. Prepare a bowl, add sugar, eggs, salt and sweetened condensed milk. Stir with a whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  • 3. Add bananas, mix well. Then add flour, grated coconut and vanilla powder, mix well again.
  • 4. Then pour the coconut milk, stir until well blended. Put it in the baking dish, then bake for 40 minutes, 25 minutes on the bottom, 15 minutes on the top (10 minutes last with honey) continue to bake until the top is browned. Or until cooked, adjust to each oven.
  • Remove, and ready to serve warm or room temperature.
