Ingredients

  • 10 pieces of sticky rice
  • 2 duck eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 drops Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp white skim
  • 1 tbsp melted margarine
  • 250 ml thick coconut milk
  • 50 ml pandan precipitate

Making Steps

  • Boil the coconut milk until the oil comes out, let it cool. Puree the sticky rice tape with a spoon, grind it 2
  • - Grease a baking sheet with oil, I gave plastic (can be replaced with banana leaves), heat the steamer.
  • - Beat the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla until the sugar dissolves then add the flour, powdered milk, skim, beat again until the dough is smooth without lumps, add the sticky rice tape, thick coconut milk and pandan juice, stir until smooth.
  • Then steam it, for the first 10 minutes, top it with sticky rice tape, just a little, continue steaming for another 10 minutes or until cooked, do a toothpick test. Once cooked, cool and then remove from the tin, ready to serve
