Banana Cheese Flan Cake “impossible Cake”
Caramel Ingredients
- ️125 gr white coconut sugar
- ️150 ml of water

Cheese Flan Ingredients
- ️250 gr cream cheese
- ️4 whole eggs
- ️2 egg yolks
- ️1 can of SKM (340 gr)
- ️1 can of evaporated milk (370 ml)
- ️1 tsp vanilla paste
- ️ pinch of salt
- ️Blender all ingredients, set aside
Dried Banana Cake Ingredients (Mix & Sift)
- ️185 gr compass all-purpose flour @ Sahabatkulinerinterflour
- ️½ tsp baking powder
- ️1 tsp baking soda
- ️½ tsp salt
- ️½ tsp cinnamon powder
Wet Banana Cake Ingredients (Mix All Ingredients)
- ️350 gr banana (mashed)
- ️4 egg yolks
- ️150 gr white coconut sugar
- ️250 gr heavy cream + 1 tbsp lemon juice/vinegar (as a sour cream)
- ️180 gr oil
- ️1 tsp vanilla paste
- 4 egg whites (mix until soft peaks)
How to Make a Cake
- 1. Enter the dry ingredients little by little into the wet ingredients, stir until smooth, then add the egg whites in 3 steps. Stir Using A Spatula Only.
Solution
- 1. In the baking pan that has caramel in it, first pour the banana cake mixture, then the flan mixture slowly.
- 2. Bake in preheat oven, temperature 170⁰ C for 1.5 hours
- 3. Once cooked, cool, then store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before enjoying
