Ingredients
- 2 eggs (separate yolk and white)
- 20 ml full cream milk
- 30 gr wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- 25 g of powdered sugar

How to make
- 1. Beat with a whisk, egg yolks, milk, and vanilla paste until well combined.
- 2. Enter the flour, beat again until smooth and no lumps, set aside.
- 3. Mix egg whites until foamy, add sugar gradually, beat until stiff.
- 4. Mix the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture gradually, stirring until smooth. Put it in a plastic triangle.
- 5. Heat the frypan, give a little oil, wipe the tissue. Spray the dough to taste, bake until cooked on both sides, lift.
- 6. Serve with toppings according to taste.
