Cheese Filled Chilok
Ingredients
- 100 gr aci flour / tapioca
- 50 gr wheat flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp mushroom stock
- 50 gr melted cheese cut into cubes
Method
- 1. Put the flour, mashed garlic and spices into a bowl.
- 2. Add hot water little by little until the dough can be pulverized and smooth.
- 3. Shape the dough into a round ball, I weigh it per 10gr and the cheese is cut into cubes of 1cm size, put it in a round cilok then put it in boiling water
- 4. Wait until it floats then lift it up
- 5. Puree all the peanut sauce, stir-fry with oil
- 6. Season and cook until done
