Ingredients

  • 100 gr aci flour / tapioca
  • 50 gr wheat flour
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp mushroom stock
  • 50 gr melted cheese cut into cubes

Method

  • 1. Put the flour, mashed garlic and spices into a bowl.
  • 2. Add hot water little by little until the dough can be pulverized and smooth.
  • 3. Shape the dough into a round ball, I weigh it per 10gr and the cheese is cut into cubes of 1cm size, put it in a round cilok then put it in boiling water
  • 4. Wait until it floats then lift it up
  • 5. Puree all the peanut sauce, stir-fry with oil
  • 6. Season and cook until done
