Ingredients Tteokbokki (Yield 6 Styrofoam)

  • 300gr rice flour (Rp 4500)
  • 100gr sago flour (Rp 1500)
  • 1 tsp salt (Rp 100)
  • 300ml boiling water (Rp 500)

Ingredients for Tteokbokki Sauce

  • 3 finely chopped garlic (Rp 500)
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (Rp 100)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (Rp 100)
  • 3 tbsp chili powder (Rp 500)
  • 35gr chili sauce (Rp 6000)
  • 1 tsp broth (Rp 100)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (Rp 100)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (Rp 100)
  • 30gr chili sauce (Rp 1000)
  • 300ml water (Rp 500)

Toppings

  • 100gr PROCHIZ QUICKMELT (Rp 11000)
  • 3 hard boiled eggs (Rp 3300)
  • Black sesame (Rp 100)

How to Make Tteokbokki

  • • Mix rice flour, sago flour, and salt, gradually pour boiling water, knead until smooth. Divide the dough into several parts, form lengthwise, cut into pieces.
  • • Boil in boiling water, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, add Tteokbokki, boil until cooked and tender.
  • Remove and soak in cold water, let stand 1 hour.

Tteobokki Cheese Sauce

  • • Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add all the ingredients, cook until it boils, add the tteobokki, cook until the gravy shrinks and thickens.
  • Lift.
  • • Place in a bowl, add PROCHIZ QUICK MELT, steam for 5 minutes until PROCHIZ melts, remove and add hard-boiled eggs and black sesame seeds.
  • Serve.
