Ingredients

  • 20 pieces of dumpling skin
  • 1 pack chicken bolognese pasta sauce
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 100 gr grated cheddar cheese (can be replaced with tofu)
  • 150 gr tapioca flour
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 150 ml water

Seasoning Ground

  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped

How to make

  • 1. Saute garlic and Bombay until wilted, remove and puree.
  • 2. Prepare the input container: stir-fry onions, sliced ​​green onions, chili powder and pasta sauce, stir until smooth.
  • 3. Add tapioca flour, mix well.
  • 4. Bring 150 ml of water to a boil and then pour it little by little into the mixture, mix well
  • 5. Take 1 sheet of dumpling skin, put 1 tablespoon of grated cheese on it then add 1 tablespoon of dough. Fold once to form a triangle.
  • 6. Heat the oil for frying the dumplings until golden brown. Lift and serve.
