Mackerel Fish Skin Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 gr tapioca flour
- 250 gr meat mixed with mackerel skin
- 1 egg
- Salt, sugar
- Spring roll skin
Adhesive
- Wheat Flour, Give a Tbsp of Water
Step
- 1. Puree the garlic with a teaspoon of water
- 2. Enter the skin and fish meat, blender until smooth
- 3. Add the eggs, salt, sugar, mix and blend again
- 4. Finally, add tapioca flour in the blender again until smooth
- 5. Prepare the spring roll skin then roll it and fold it, so that the skin does not open, glue it with adhesive
- 6. Do it until all the dough is HBs, then fry it on medium heat it tends to be big
- Hgg brown, remove, drain
- 7. Goes well with peanut sauce
