Ingredients

Step

  • 1. Puree the garlic with a teaspoon of water
  • 2. Enter the skin and fish meat, blender until smooth
  • 3. Add the eggs, salt, sugar, mix and blend again
  • 4. Finally, add tapioca flour in the blender again until smooth
  • 5. Prepare the spring roll skin then roll it and fold it, so that the skin does not open, glue it with adhesive
  • 6. Do it until all the dough is HBs, then fry it on medium heat it tends to be big
  • Hgg brown, remove, drain
  • 7. Goes well with peanut sauce
