Agar Ingredients

  • 1 pc mango
  • sweetened condensed milk (according to taste, level of sweetness)
  • 1 pack cheese spread (170gr)
  • 250gr liquid UHT milk (if you want it to be thinner, you can add more)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk

How to Make Creamy Soup

  • - mix mango, sweetened condensed milk, uht milk, and cheese spread then blend until smooth.
  • - Then mix with evaporated milk. Stir well

Mango Pure Ingredients

  • 4 pcs mango
  • (Blender mango flesh until smooth.)

Topping

  • 1pc Mango (Cut into Squares)

The solution

  • 1.In a large bowl, mix the agar that has been cut into squares, pearl sago, and basil seeds. Stir well
  • 2. Then add the creamy gravy ingredients and stir until well blended.
  • 3. prepare some cup containers. Then pour 2 tablespoons of mango puree, add the mango sago sauce. Top it with mango pieces. Ready to serve.
