Creamy Turmeric Popsicles
Ingredients
- 20 g Turmeric, grated
- 80 gr Ginger, crushed
- 4 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 50 gr rock sugar
- 50 gr Honey
- 50 gr @fibercreme
- 500 ml Water
How to make
- 1. Boil ginger and lemongrass using medium heat until wilted, and fragrant
- 2. Enter the palm sugar stir until the sugar dissolves.
- 3. Enter the grated turmeric, then stir until it smells good and the color changes to thick. Add Fiber Creme and stir until dissolved.
- 4. Boil until all the ingredients are completely cooked, and perfectly coated.
- 5. Turn off the heat, then strain, add honey, mix well and let it cool.
- 6. After it cools down, pour the creamy turmeric into the popsicle mold / Popsicles, put the ice cream stick and simoan in the freezer overnight.
