Ingredients
- 500gr mackerel meat
- 1 egg white
- 3 small ice cubes
- 50gr tapioca tapioca (sy, sago tani)
- 3 cloves of white bwg
- salt, mushroom broth, pepper to taste
- tofu skin (cut)
- oil for frying
How to make
- - Knead fish with putel, ice cubes until smooth
- - Enter the white onion, salt, mushroom broth and pepper and knead well
- - add sago tani knead evenly
- Put the dough in a triangular plastic bag, cut the ends
- -prepare the tofu skin, spray the dough on top of the tofu skin and then roll it up...scissors and deep fry.
