Material A

  • 152 gr warm liquid milk / can use water
  • 1 tsp instant yeast munjung
  • 25 gr sugar

Material B

  • 200 gr high protein flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Material C

  • 1 diced potato, boil briefly then add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix well
  • instant noodles kneaded (spices not used)

Additional Ingredients

  • 5 pcs beef/chicken sausage
  • Thick slices of mozzarella cheese according to taste
  • Skewers that are a bit thick / chopsticks
  • White bread crumbs
  • Right amount of oil

Topping Material

  • Soft granulated sugar / granulated sugar in a blender for a while
  • Chili sauce/tomato sauce
  • Honey mustard (can skip)

How to make

  • -mix ingredients A with a wooden spoon until smooth then pour in ingredients B, mix well until it forms a dough (no need to make it elastic as long as it's flat)
  • Cover the dough with a clean cloth and leave it for 2 hours until it expands
  • -siapakan tusuk sate/sumpit potong Sosis kira2 1/3 nya lalu tusuk dan keju mozzarella di atasnya (lihat slide)
  • -putar tusuk sate ke dlm adonan roti sampai rata menutup Semua badan sosis dan keju/atau bisa pakai tangan adonan nya di ambil lalu di balutkan ke badan sosis/keju
  • -lalu gulingkan di atas kentang/ramen lalu tekan2 supaya menempel sempurna lalu gulingkan ke dalam tepung bread crumbs dan tekan2
  • -goreng di dlm minyak yg sdh panas dgn api sedang cenderung kecil (jangan besar)goreng sampai berwarna kuning kecoklatan lalu angkat dan tiriskan
  • -gulingkan di atas granulated sugar
  • -beri toping sesuai selera
