Mbak Tekor (corned Egg Tofu Martabak)
Ingredients
- 8 Sheets of Spring Rolls
Contents (Shake So 1)
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 yunyi tofu, crushed
- 5 spring onions
- 1/4 of an onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp corned beef
- Salt, mushroom broth & pepper powder, to taste
Adhesive
- 1/2 Tbsp Wheat Flour, Dissolve With A Little Water
How to make
- 1. Take 1 sheet of spring roll skin, fill it with 1 tablespoon of filling.
- 2. Fold it like an envelope & glue it with adhesive.
- 3. Directly fry in the heated oil, flush so that the results develop.
- 4. Fry until brown.
- 5. Remove, drain & serve.
