Ingredients

  • 8 Sheets of Spring Rolls

Contents (Shake So 1)

  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 yunyi tofu, crushed
  • 5 spring onions
  • 1/4 of an onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp corned beef
  • Salt, mushroom broth & pepper powder, to taste

Adhesive

  • 1/2 Tbsp Wheat Flour, Dissolve With A Little Water

How to make

  • 1. Take 1 sheet of spring roll skin, fill it with 1 tablespoon of filling.
  • 2. Fold it like an envelope & glue it with adhesive.
  • 3. Directly fry in the heated oil, flush so that the results develop.
  • 4. Fry until brown.
  • 5. Remove, drain & serve.
