Gimmari
Gimmari Ingredients
- 90 gr corn vermicelli, boiled
- 1/2 pc carrot, grated
- Chives / I replaced the spring onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp salty kcp
- Salt, sugar, pepper
Coating Flour
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- enough cold water
Sauce (Mixed)
- 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp salted kcp
- Sufficient sugar
- A little water, mix well
- Nori/game to taste
How to Make Gimmari
- 1. Sauté the carrots and leeks for a while in sesame oil
- 2. Mix the boiled vermicelli and stir-fry carrots and leeks, add soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, mix well
- 3. Take a sheet of gim/nori, add vermicelli, roll it up, then cut it out
- 4. Coat gimmari with flour coating, fry until golden yellow, serve with sauce
