- 500 ml water

- 700 ml Coconut Water (from 1 Young Coconut)
- 250 gr Nata De Coco along with the water
- 1 Can of Evaporated Milk (380 g)
- 150 gr Sweetened Condensed Milk, or according to taste
- 1/2 tsp Pandan Paste
- Grated Cheese to taste for sprinkling
How to make
- 1. Cook all the pandan jelly ingredients until boiling, cool, cut into small cubes.
- 2. Mix all complementary ingredients and gravy, mix well, add pandan jelly.
- 3. Store in the refrigerator until cold, when it will be served sprinkle with grated cheese.
- The result is buwanyakk , you can add water, and if it's not sweet enough, you can add more sweetener or sugar. Adjust taste.
