Pickled Guava
Ingredients
- 2 pcs guava, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp key lime juice
- 215 ml water
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- Salt, mushroom broth to taste
Ground spices
- 9 pcs curly red chili
- 10 pcs red chili
- 1 sachet of grilled shrimp paste
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ebi
The method
- 1. Wash the guava pieces, drain. Arrange in a closed cabinet/container
- 2. Pour water in a pan, add all the spices, add salt, mushroom broth, crushed garlic, sugar, key lime juice and cook until cooked. Taste correction
- 3. Remove and let warm then pour over the pieces of guava then cover and store in the refrigerator.
- 4. Serve after cold
