Potato Cheese Stick
Ingredients
- 500 gr boiled potatoes
- 7 tbsp cornstarch
- 45 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp DELMONTE EXTRA HOT SAUCE
- 4 tbsp MAESTRO THOUSAND ISLAND
- 1/2 pc lime
The method
- 1. Cut the potatoes and boil the potatoes until soft
- 2. Puree the potatoes
- 3. Prepare a container and add cornstarch, cheese, aregano and salt
- 4. Stir until smooth and shape the dough into long sticks
- 5. Fry the dough that has been formed
Making Sauce
- 1. Put Maestro Thousand Island into the bowl
- 2. Add DELMONTE EXTRA HOT SAUCE and lime juice. Stir well
