Sago Ambon Sweet Potato Porridge Ingredients
- 3 pieces of sago ambon
- 2 pcs cilembu sweet potato/orange sweet potato
- 3 pandan leaves (tie into 1)
- 60 gr brown sugar
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 600 ml water
How to Make Ambon Sweet Potato Sago Porridge
- 1. Soak Ambon sago for 3 hours, crush it, strain it and remove the water
- 2. Boil water and pandan leaves until boiling, add sweet potato, cook until sweet potato is tender, add sago ambon, brown sugar and granulated sugar, a little salt, over low heat, stir until thickened, turn off the heat
Coconut Milk Ingredients (Top Flush)
- 300 ml of fresh thick coconut milk (200 ml of instant coconut milk 100 ml of water)
- 1 pandan leaf (bundled)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt

- Cook the pandan coconut milk and salt on low heat until it boils, you have to stir it well so that the coconut milk doesn't break
