Sago Ambon Sweet Potato Porridge Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of sago ambon
  • 2 pcs cilembu sweet potato/orange sweet potato
  • 3 pandan leaves (tie into 1)
  • 60 gr brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 600 ml water

How to Make Ambon Sweet Potato Sago Porridge

  • 1. Soak Ambon sago for 3 hours, crush it, strain it and remove the water
  • 2. Boil water and pandan leaves until boiling, add sweet potato, cook until sweet potato is tender, add sago ambon, brown sugar and granulated sugar, a little salt, over low heat, stir until thickened, turn off the heat

Coconut Milk Ingredients (Top Flush)

  • 300 ml of fresh thick coconut milk (200 ml of instant coconut milk 100 ml of water)
  • 1 pandan leaf (bundled)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt

Method

  • Cook the pandan coconut milk and salt on low heat until it boils, you have to stir it well so that the coconut milk doesn't break
