Ingredients

  • 200 gr strawberries, cut into small pieces
  • 180 gr sugar
  • 100 gr FiberCreme
  • 500 ml of warm water
  • 30 gr hunkwe flour

How to make

  • 1. Mix FiberCreme and warm water, mix well.
  • 2. Take a few tablespoons of FiberCreme solution to mix into the hunkwe flour, mix well.
  • 3. Cook the strawberries and sugar until they caramelize, turn off the stove.
  • 4. Pour in the FiberCreme and hunkwe solution. Stir well then cook again until the mixture thickens and explodes. Lift.
  • 5. Pour into a box, let it come to room temperature, close tightly and put in the freezer overnight. Enjoy.
