Ingredients for Baso Aci (Cilok)

  • 150 grams tapioca flour
  • 125 grams of wheat flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, puree

  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste

  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp ground pepper

How to make

  • 1. Baso aci: mix the flour with finely chopped garlic, scallions, broth powder, ground pepper, salt and water.. Stir well
  • 2. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens. Transfer to a container
  • 3. Pour in the tapioca flour little by little.. Then knead the dough while it's still warm.. Knead until smooth and all ingredients are used up
