Homemade Baso Aci
Ingredients for Baso Aci (Cilok)
- 150 grams tapioca flour
- 125 grams of wheat flour
- 125 ml water
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, puree
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- Powdered broth to taste
- Salt to taste

- 20 dried red chilies
- 10 red chilies
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
Seasoning Sauce (Measurement For 1 Bowl)

- tsp salt
- tsp garlic powder
- tsp ground pepper

- Pilus cikur
- Beef meatball
- Lime
How to make
- 1. Baso aci: mix the flour with finely chopped garlic, scallions, broth powder, ground pepper, salt and water.. Stir well
- 2. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens. Transfer to a container
- 3. Pour in the tapioca flour little by little.. Then knead the dough while it's still warm.. Knead until smooth and all ingredients are used up
- 4. After the dough is flat, take the dough to taste .. Then form a round”
- 5. Boil water together with enough cooking oil.. Boil the baso aci until it boils and floats.. Remove and set aside
- 6. Sambal firecracker: boil all ingredients until wilted.. Then blend until smooth.. Sauté the chili peppercorns with enough oil until cooked.. Set aside
- 7. Presentation:
- Prepare in a bowl, seasoning gravy and chili sauce.. Boil the meatball aci and meatball sauce until cooked.. Then serve warm along with complementary ingredients and gravy to taste
